Bill Kerzman, MSW, PQI Director
Bill Kerzman, MSW, has been a social worker since 1984. He is experienced in all areas of child welfare. He was a county child welfare worker, county child welfare supervisor, and a regional supervisor for the state of North Dakota prior to joining PATH in February 1994. Bill is the director of information systems and quality outcomes. Bill has served as the CWLA State Leader multiple times and is very active in policy and legislative advocacy for child welfare.
