Nancy Horton, SE Regional Director
Nancy Horton, Regional Director of the Southeastern Region of PATH ND, covering counties throughout Region V & VI with offices in Jamestown and Fargo. Nancy has a Bachelors Degree in SW and licensed in the state of ND. She has been with PATH since February, 2001. Nancy has over 15 years of experience working in the child welfare system, including youth advocacy services, special needs adoption, psychiatric day treatment and residential treatment.
