COMMUNITY ASSISTED RECOVERY ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM (CARE)
CARE is a short term community based program provided in collaboration with Southeast Human Services for youth at risk of being placed at more restrictive levels of care due to their active use of substances and risk of relapse.
SUPERVISED ALTERNATIVE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM (SAFE)
This program, in collaboration with Southeast Human Services, provides crisis stabilization services to children in the midst of major mental health crisis while maintaining them in the community. These services are specified in the child's single plan of care and in their safety plan.
CASE AIDE AND PARENT SUPPORT (CAPS)
CAPS is provided in collaboration with Southeast Human Services to provide case aide and parent support services to youth struggling with serious emotional disturbances and their families to assist with maintaining the youth in their home and community.
POST ADOPTION SERVICES
PATH provides post adoption services under contract with Casey Family Programs. This service is limited to adoptive families transferred from Casey Family Programs in the Bismarck area.
LONG TERM FOSTER CARE (LTFC)
PATH provides long term foster care is provided under contract with Casey Family Programs. This service is limited to children and youth who were in a long term foster care placement with Casey Family Programs in the Bismarck area.
GUARDIANSHIP
PATH provides guardianship services are provided under contract with Casey Family Programs. The service is limited to children and youth who were in a guardianship placement with Casey Family Programs in the Bismarck area.
CONTINUING EDUCATION AND JOB TRAINING (CEJT)
PATH provides education and job training under contract with Casey Family Programs. This service is a scholarship program that is limited to youth and adults who have been or currently are under custody of Casey Family Programs.
